Matt Boisen

Matt Boisen is the General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at Highspot since July 2018. Matt also serves as the Co-Chair of the SaaS Industry Group at TechGC. Prior to their current roles, Matt held positions in legal affairs at companies such as System1, Blucora, Support.com, and Xeriton Corporation. Matt's diverse experience includes corporate law, compliance, licensing, and agreements. Matt holds a JD from Seattle University School of Law and a BA in Business - Information Systems from the University of Washington.
