Pauline Pechberty

Pauline Pechberty is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Deputy General Counsel at Flexera since April 2023 and a member of the TechGC peer community since February 2024. With a substantial background in legal leadership roles, including Senior Director of Legal at Kong Inc. and Cloudera, Pechberty has effectively supported commercial activities across various regions including EMEA, APJ, and the US. Pechberty was notably the first lawyer hired outside of the US at Cloudera, responsible for building the EMEA Legal Team and achieving multiple MVP awards. Prior legal positions include roles at Grass Valley, Ariba, Wind River UK Ltd., and Quest Software GmbH, demonstrating expertise in contract negotiation, SaaS, and compliance matters. Academic qualifications include a Diplom/Bachelor in Business Law from Rheinische Fachhochschule Köln and a Bachelor in German Languages and Civilization from Université Toulouse - Jean Jaurès.
