Russell Gray

Russell Gray is currently the Head of Legal at Heyday and also holds the title of Associate General Counsel, Legal & Compliance at the same company. Previously, they worked as a Legal Counsel for M&A and Corporate Governance at Whirlpool Corporation. Russell has a strong legal background, with experience as an Associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP and as a PILI Fellow at the Legal Assistance Foundation of Chicago. They also have a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Juniata College and a Doctor of Law degree from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. Currently, they are also a Deputy GC Member at TechGC, an exclusive community for Deputy General Counsels.
