Harshal Duryodhan is a seasoned professional in project delivery and management, currently serving as the Director of Salesforce Practice and Delivery Head at Techila Global Services since June 2015. In this role, Harshal is responsible for key aspects such as customer retention, delivery, customer satisfaction, and employee retention. Harshal leads the delivery of various Salesforce projects, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Health Cloud, Commerce Cloud, and Finance Cloud, while also spearheading strategic initiatives to enhance project management processes and improve customer-facing skills across the organization.
