Ronda Bergman is a seasoned technology leader and advocate for inclusivity in the tech industry, currently serving as the Founder and CEO of tech[inclusive], a nonprofit organization focused on empowering underrepresented individuals in technology and fostering allyship. With extensive experience in engineering leadership roles, Ronda has held positions such as Director of Engineering at Genomenon, Inc., Engineering Client Team Manager at We Predict, and Engineering Program Manager at Criteo, where strategic alignment of product and engineering priorities enhanced user experiences and ensured successful project deliveries. Ronda's commitment to diversity is also evident through co-founding Girl Develop It Ann Arbor and instructing at The Iron Yard, where Ronda supported aspiring coders.
