Matias Pagano

Matias Pagano is an experienced procurement professional currently serving as Procurement PMO at Techint Engineering & Construction since November 2006, specializing in major projects such as Refinería Dos Bocas and Norte 3 Project, with a demonstrated history of managing substantial budgets and overseeing equipment and subcontract awards.
