Brent Pownall

Brent Pownall is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in commercial roles across various industries, particularly in the life sciences and agribusiness sectors. Currently serving as VP Commercial (APAC) at Pacific Edge Ltd since February 2013, Brent has played a pivotal role in advancing cancer diagnostic solutions, particularly the Cxbladder suite of tests. Prior to this, Brent held leadership positions at MP Biomedicals New Zealand Limited as Sales Director & Country Manager, ICPbio International as General Manager Sales & Marketing, and Fairbrother Industries as General Manager, among others. Brent's educational credentials include an MBA from The University of Auckland and a BAgrSc from Lincoln University, specializing in animal nutrition, dairy science, farm management, and agronomy.
