Dave Dicesare

Dave DiCesare is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in managing operations within the environmental and technology sectors. Currently serving as Division Director at TechLaw, Inc. since June 2020, Dave has previously held the position of Vice President of Mid-Atlantic Operations at Watermark Environmental, Inc. from August 2011 to June 2020. Prior to that, Dave was the VP of C&E Operations at Tetra Tech EC, Inc. from June 1991 to August 2011. Dave holds a degree from Rutgers University, where studies were completed from 1987 to 1991.
