Kaan Serpersu

Kaan Serpersu is a highly experienced professional in product development and sustainability, currently serving as the Product Development and Sustainability Manager at Techmer PM since July 2012. Kaan has held various roles, including Product Development Manager and Research and Development Engineer, focusing on innovative product development in areas such as antimicrobials, bioplastics, and flame retardants. Kaan has extensive expertise in managing analytical labs, leading R&D projects involving polymer additives and engineered resins, and developing new analytical test methods. Prior experience includes work as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Tennessee, where Kaan specialized in polymeric devices and conducted significant research leading to multiple publications and presentations. Kaan holds both a Master of Science in Polymer Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Tennessee.
