Pramati Kandyala

Pramati Kandyala serves as the Events Director at Technica since April 2022, leading a team to organize events for the largest hackathon focused on underrepresented genders and planning professional development initiatives in the DMV area. Pramati's role includes coordinating workshops for a global audience and ensuring inclusivity among participants and speakers. In addition, Pramati is an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Maryland, developing applications and conducting analyses to support research in phonetics. Previous experiences include event organization for Bitcamp and internships at Travelers and Crown Castle, where Pramati applied technical skills to software development and automation projects. A Bachelor of Science in Computer Science is being pursued at the University of Maryland, with an anticipated completion in December 2024.
