Natasha Shalimo

Natalia Shalimo has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Natalia started their career in 2007 as an HR Specialist and Project Manager at the U.S. Department of State, where they managed budgets, schedules, and reports for the International Narcotic and Law Enforcement Program. Natalia also served as an interpreter and control officer for the Office of the Inspector General.

After their time at the U.S. Department of State, Natalia worked as a Project Assistant at the WRI Ross Center for Sustainable Cities. In this role, they liaised with regional directors and sponsors, prepared communications, and assisted in tracking project schedules.

In 2015, they became an Economic Researcher at the U.S. Department of State. During their time in this role, Natalia created monthly report series on Ukraine's progress toward reform goals and conducted in-depth research for the U.S. sanctions program in support of the territorial integrity of Ukraine.

Natalia then transitioned to the role of a Business Analyst at OneView Commerce, Inc. in 2017. Natalia worked with the sales department, created and loaded demo data for sales presentations, and supported scrum transformation.

In 2018, they joined RemedyBiz, Inc. as a Functional Consultant. Here, they gathered and documented business requirements, created business and technical diagrams, and facilitated solution design sessions for successful integration of multiple financial and procurement systems.

Most recently, Natalia has been working as a Business Analyst at TMR, Inc. since 2020. In this role, they support the acquisition system at TSA (Salesforce), provides support for business process improvement in IT acquisition, and develops business process flowcharts and relationships for the internal IT acquisition team.

Throughout their career, Natalia has demonstrated strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with teams and stakeholders in diverse settings.

Natalia Shalimo began their education in 1996 at Amur State University, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a major in Management Information Systems. Natalia successfully completed this program in 2000. Following their Bachelor's degree, Natalia continued their education at the same university and obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science and Economics, completing their studies in 2002.

In terms of additional certifications, Natalia Shalimo obtained the Certified Scrum Master certification from the Scrum Alliance in June 2018.
