Robert Means is an experienced professional with a comprehensive background in logistics and project management. Since August 2014, Robert has served as a Project Lead/Logistician at Technical and Project Engineering (TAPE), LLC, providing asset and project management support to the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command – Atlantic. Prior roles include ILS Manager at BAE Systems, where Robert supported various military and command programs, and Senior Logistics Engineer at Scientific Research Corporation, where Robert developed maintenance data collection systems for SOCOM platforms. Robert's earlier experience includes positions at L-3 Communications, EMA/SAIC, and service in the United States Air Force, where Robert supervised logistics and data analysis efforts. Robert holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from Troy University and a Bachelor's degree in Education from Eastern Illinois University.
