Cleonie Mainvielle is the Owner and Founder of Inspired Outcome, where strategies are taught to individuals and organizations for improving productivity and time management. With a Master's in Social Work and a Bachelor's in Psychology, Cleonie has a deep understanding of human behavior, which aids in consulting for the Technical Assistance Collaborative, Inc. and Collaborative Solutions, Inc., focusing on enhancing housing outcomes and addressing racial inequities. As the Founder and Co-President of DICE Massachusetts, Cleonie advocates for equity in education and government decisions. Previous experience includes roles at HUD as a Senior Community Planning and Development Representative and various positions at the University of Pennsylvania.
