Ruben Morales has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Ruben began their career in 1986 as a Laboratory Colorist at Coats & Clark, Inc. Following this, they joined Technical Chemical Company in 1991, where they held the position of Technical Services Director for ten years. In 2001, they transitioned to ABC Compounding Co., Inc. as the Quality Assurance Quality Control Manager. Ruben then took on the role of Environment, Health and Safety Manager at Amrep Inc., a subsidiary of Zep Inc., from 2005 to 2010. Finally, they returned to Technical Chemical Company in 2010 as the Director of Technical Services, which is their current position.
Ruben Morales obtained a Total Quality Management Certification in Quality Management Concepts from Richland Community College in 1995. Ruben also completed the Juran Quality Professional Program (Certificate) at the Juran Institute. In addition, they pursued General Chemistry at Texas State Technical College Waco, however, the specific years of enrollment are not provided.
