Cynthia Z. Javier

Cynthia Z. Javier is an accomplished professional in the animation and education sectors, currently serving as a Senior TESD Specialist at the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority since August 2021. With extensive experience as an Animation Trainer for the Human Resource Development Institute, Cynthia has contributed to the development of teachers and enthusiasts through a scholarship program in collaboration with the Korean government. Previous roles include Freelance Storyboard Artist, Rigger/Digital Animator at Snipple Animation Studios, and 2D Traditional Feature Animator at Toon City Animation. Cynthia has also held leadership positions, such as the Business Unit Head at American Technologies Inc. and former Chairperson at iAcademy, overseeing the BS Animation program. Educational qualifications include a degree in Architecture from Adamson University and specialized training in educational methodology.
