Cullen Whittaker, PE, CIH, CSP, is a seasoned professional in environmental health and safety engineering, currently serving as a Senior Environmental, Health, and Safety Engineer and Industrial Hygiene Technical Expert at Technical Environmental Services, Inc. since October 2019.
