Todd Starkey

Todd Starkey currently serves as the Senior Manager of Quality and Technology at Technical Rubber Company, a position held since May 2022. Previously, Todd held the role of Process Engineering Manager at PPG Industries from February 2018 to May 2022, overseeing operations engineering for paint manufacturing. Todd began a significant tenure at Arkema as a Process/PSM Engineer from February 2014 to February 2018, following experience as a Production Engineer. Earlier in the career, Todd worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at DuPont and engaged in research and teaching assistant roles at The Ohio State University while completing a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering.
