Nathan Dyck is an experienced electrical inspector currently working at the Technical Safety Authority of Saskatchewan since January 2021. Prior to this role, Nathan served as an electrical inspector at SaskPower from June 2013 to January 2021 and worked as a facility technician at SaskTel between March 2009 and June 2013. Additionally, Nathan gained valuable experience as an electrician at Vestas from June 2008 to June 2009. Academically, Nathan completed a Journeypersons Red Seal in Electrician at Palliser College from 2000 to 2004.

The Technical Safety Authority of Saskatchewan delivers programs and inspection services to make the province a safe place to live, work and play, by ensuring the safe operation of boilers, pressure vessels, elevators, amusement rides, electrical and gas installations throughout the province. The Authority administers licensing and inspection programs related to these devices to ensure they are operated in accordance with safety standards set out in legislation and regulations. The Authority assumes the responsibilities of the Licensing and Inspections branch of the Ministry of Corrections, Public Safety and Policing. The Authority was established in response to rapid technological change, industrial and economic growth in the province, and industry's need for more timely inspection services.
