Frank Carpino

Frank Carpino, an Operations Leader at Technical Safety BC since June 2014, previously worked as Regional Operations at the Ministry of Transportation from 2006 to 2014. Frank holds a degree in Exploration Information Technology, Geological/Geophysical Engineering from Southern Alberta Institute of Technology and an Advanced Diploma in GIS, Geographic Information Science and Cartography from the College of New Caledonia.
