Jeanne Ainsworth

Jeanne Ainsworth is currently the Leader of Corporate Governance and Assistant Corporate Secretary at Technical Safety BC. Prior to this, Jeanne held the title of Assistant Corporate Secretary & Paralegal at the same company, as well as a Paralegal at Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP. With a background in communications coordination for the development of large-scale natural gas projects, Jeanne also worked at Spectra Energy for over a decade. Jeanne has also worked as a Paralegal at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP with a focus on banking and corporate law. Additionally, Jeanne holds a GPC.D from Governance Professionals of Canada and has received education from British Columbia Institute of Technology.
