Yuyi Zhou

Yuyi Zhou is a Data Scientist at Technical Safety BC since May 2018, previously holding the position of Data Engineer Co-op. Prior experience includes a role as a Research Assistant at Union Mobile Financial Technology, where Yuyi developed a recommendation system and a web scraper for financial products, while also leading a team. Additional experience consists of serving as a Teaching Assistant for a web-based information systems course at Simon Fraser University and working as a Software Engineer In Test at Electronic Arts, where Yuyi contributed to automated test systems for popular games. Earlier roles include Software Engineer at Radisys Canada and Software Developer Co-op at BlackBerry. Yuyi holds an M.Sc in Computing Science from Simon Fraser University and Bachelor's degrees in Computer Science from both Simon Fraser University and Zhejiang University.
