Jing Chow

Jing Chow is an experienced Oracle EBS Technical Consultant with a professional background spanning over two decades in application development and consultancy. Since January 2017, Jing has been with the Technical Standards & Safety Authority (TSSA), following a brief role at Deloitte in late 2016. Prior experience includes contract positions at Hudson's Bay Company, the Ministry of Children and Youth Services, and a significant tenure as an Oracle Application Developer at IBM from 2005 to 2013. Additionally, Jing worked in various capacities as an Oracle Application Developer and consultant for companies such as Velcro Companies, General Dynamics Land Systems Canada, Royal Lepage Property Management Limited, and Stone & Webster Canada Limited.
