Sanjana Raju

Sanjana Raju has worked for six companies since 2011. Sanjana began their career as a CRM Business Analyst at Skylark Technomach India PVT LTD. In this role, they were responsible for setting up a service cloud, formulating and configuring case routing logic, and documenting business requirements. Sanjana then worked as a Part-Time Junior Web Content Manager at Vidhi Media India PVT LTD. In 2013, Sanjana worked as a General Operations Assistant at The George Washington University. Sanjana then worked as a Graduate Student Consultant at Grupo RBS. Since 2014, Sanjana has been a Business Analyst at both CISS Inc. and Technik, Inc. At CISS Inc., they utilized Agile Scrum practices on IBM Rational software for coordinating product backlog grooming and user story estimation. Sanjana also conducted JAD sessions with Product Owners and SMEs to gather requirements.

Sanjana Raju received their Master's degree in Management Information Systems, General from The George Washington University School of Business in 2014. Sanjana completed their Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the University of Mumbai in 2010. In May 2022, they obtained the Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
