Anshu Gaur

Anshu Gaur currently serves as General Manager People & Culture for Technip Energies since May 2022, focusing on HR management in India. Prior to this role, Anshu was Country Manager and Senior HR Business Partner at CVS Health from September 2020 to May 2022, overseeing HR transformation and talent management across multiple Indian locations. Anshu's extensive career also includes significant positions at Fluor Corporation, where leadership encompassed HR functions across APAC and India, as well as positions at Lanco and Jindal Steel & Power Ltd., contributing to global hiring and HR operations. Anshu began professional experience at Hero Group as a Personnel Officer. Anshu holds a Master’s in Human Resource Management, a Postgraduate Diploma in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and a Bachelor of Laws in Labour Laws, supplemented by a Diploma in Leadership from Harvard Business School.
