Manish Rawat

Manish Rawat has over 15 years of work experience in various roles related to HR services and operational excellence. Manish is currently working as a Lead Analyst - HR Services at Technip Energies. Prior to this, Manish worked as a Senior Specialist - Operational Excellence at Payfront Technologies India Pvt. Limited, where they were responsible for maintaining workload balance, implementing process improvement initiatives, and preparing reports.

Before that, Manish served as an Operations Head at ZSB Solutions Pvt Ltd, handling HR operations services and managing the hiring process. Manish also worked as a Senior Executive at HCL Technologies, where they delivered HR and payroll services for the United Kingdom, and coordinated with ADP for payroll management. Manish started their career at Hewitt Associates as a Team Member in HR Outsourcing, providing end-to-end HR services to clients in the US and Asia Pacific regions.

Manish Rawat obtained an MBA degree in Finance from Bharati Vidyapeeth, from the years 2007 to 2009.
