Paolo Ottaviani

Paolo Ottaviani is an experienced professional in contract management, currently serving as the Head of Contract Management at Technip Energies since June 2018, based in Bahrain. In this role, Paolo acts as Contract Manager on the BAPCO Modernization Project, focusing on client relationship management, contract correspondence, change order proposals, and subcontract reviews. Prior to this, Paolo worked at Technip Italy from December 2007 to December 2013 as a Contract/Risk Manager on the JERP Project, where responsibilities included similar client relations and contract negotiations. Early career experience includes a position as a Cost Estimator at Italferr from December 2002 to December 2007. Paolo holds a Master’s degree in civil engineering from Sapienza Università di Roma and completed a Risk Management Master Class at Imperial College London in 2012.
