Philippe Jadin

Philippe JADIN has a strong background in compensation, benefits, and HR control. Philippe currently holds the position of North Europe & Africa Compensation, Benefits & Global Mobility Director at Technip Energies since March 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Regional Compensation, Benefits & International Mobility Manager at TechnipFMC from November 2018 to February 2021. From June 2014 to November 2018, they served as a Compensation & HR Control Manager at Technip. Philippe also worked as a Compensation, Benefits & HR Reporting Manager at Veolia Water Technologies from November 2012 to May 2014. Furthermore, they worked at Veolia from April 2008 to November 2012, first as a Global Compensation Analyst and then as a Group Saving Plan's Specialist France. Before joining Veolia, they held the position of Project Manager at IPS-BMS-UPSA from April 2006 to September 2006.

Philippe Jadin holds a Bachelor's degree in Administration from the 2003 California School of International Management obtained in 2002-2003. Philippe also has a Master's degree in International Management from ISEG, which they completed from 1999 to 2004. In addition, they achieved an MBA in International Business Management from St. John's University in 2005-2006. Philippe also successfully completed their Baccalauréat in Sciences Economiques et Sociales in 1998.
