Prema Suresh Pmp®

Prema Suresh PMP® has extensive work experience in the engineering and project management field. They began their career in 1993 as a Design Engineer at IAEC Boilers and went on to work in various roles at different companies including Bharati Vidyapeeth, Ion Exchange India Ltd, Bhartia Cutler-Hammer, Tebodin, and Chemtex.

In 2008, Prema joined Technip as the Section Head of Control System and Instrumentation, where they managed a team and supervised engineering projects until 2013. They then became the Chief Engineer and Department Head of Control System and Instrumentation before being promoted to the role of Head of Engineering from 2015 to 2017.

Following this, Prema worked at TechnipFMC as the Assistant Vice President and Head of Engineering, where they oversaw project execution and managed various engineering disciplines until 2019. They then transitioned to the role of Director and Chief Operating Officer of the Mumbai Operating Centre, where they delivered successful revenue and margin growth for TechnipFMC's India Operations. In 2021, Prema joined Technip Energies as the Project Director, leading a joint venture partnership on the Lake Charles LNG project. They optimize project costs, manage infrastructure modifications, and oversee subcontracting packages.

Throughout their career, Prema has demonstrated strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a track record of delivering optimized results for both customers and companies.

Prema Suresh PMP® holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electronics and Communication, which was obtained from Government College of Engineering, Salem in the years 1988 to 1992. Prior to that, Prema completed a Higher Secondary degree in Math and Science at PSGR Krishammal Higher Secondary School in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu from 1986 to 1988.

In terms of post-graduate education, Prema completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Senior Leadership Programme at XLRI Jamshedpur, specializing in Business Administration and Management. This program took place from 2021 to 2022. Additionally, Prema has obtained a PGP in Artificial Intelligence for leaders from Texas McCombs School of Business, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.

Prema Suresh PMP® also holds certifications in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, obtained from the Asian Institute of Quality Management in 2016, and Functional Safety Engineer from TÜV Rheinland Group in 2009. Furthermore, Prema is currently pursuing a certification in Functional Safety Engineering from TUV Rheinland, expected to be obtained in September 2023.
