Samantha Jones

Samantha Jones is an experienced leader in Learning and Development, currently serving as the Director of Learning & Development and Knowledge Management at Technip Energies since February 2021. In this role, Samantha focuses on supporting clients during their energy transition journey. Previously, from January 2017 to February 2021, Samantha held multiple leadership positions at TechnipFMC, including Learning & Development Director, where responsibilities encompassed corporate learning strategy and strategic program development. Samantha's earlier tenure at Technip from March 2013 to January 2017 included serving as the Global Head of Technip University, overseeing strategic learning initiatives and enterprise-wide L&D infrastructure, as well as managing leadership programs to enhance talent development and management.
