Swati Bhargava

Swati Bhargava has a comprehensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Swati is currently serving as a Lead Analyst - HR Ops at Technip Energies since March 2023. Prior to this, Swati worked at PepsiCo where they held various HR positions, including Deputy Manager - HR Ops from July 2022 to May 2023, Assistant Manager Human Resources from April 2020 to July 2022, and HR Associate from November 2018 to April 2020. Before joining PepsiCo, they worked as an HR Associate at PeopleStrong from December 2017 to November 2018 and as an HR Executive at Parishram Resources Pvt. Ltd. from October 2016 to November 2017.

Swati Bhargava completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management and Services at the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they pursued their education at Delhi University from 2013 to 2016. Swati also attended Carmel Convent School in Delhi from 2006 to 2012.
