Thomas Adly

Thomas Adly serves as the Director of Digital for Support Functions & Corporate at Technip Energies since January 2021, overseeing global IT responsibilities for enterprise support functions, managing over 600 applications and a team of more than 100 full-time employees. Previous roles include IT Director for Corporate Systems & ESG Program, where Thomas led initiatives related to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) programs, and Head of HR & Corporate Domains, managing IT services across various corporate functions. Prior to Technip Energies, Thomas held several positions, including Senior IT Manager at TechnipFMC, where responsibilities expanded post-merger, and Service Delivery Manager at Technip, where significant programs were executed, such as migrating 35,000 users to Office 365. Earlier in Thomas's career, roles at Magellan Consulting, Beijaflore, and ALTEN included project management and consulting in IT transformation and infrastructure for leading companies in the telecommunications and energy sectors. Thomas holds two master's degrees in engineering and control theory from CentraleSupélec and Paris-Sud University.
