Tony Rivera

Tony Rivera is currently the VP of Delivery and Customer Engagement for North America at Technisys. Prior to this, they were the VP of Customer Success and Delivery for Bottomline Technologies from December 2017 to June 2022. Tony has also held the position of SVP - Corporate Functions and Shared Services Technology at Citizens Bank from December 2010 to July 2017. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing all IT services supporting Citizens Bank Corporate Functions and technology shared services. This included security services, finance, risk, HR, procurement, legal, middleware/API services, business process management, and enterprise content management. Tony also supervised 150-300 direct and indirect reports globally. In addition, they led a commercial banking transformation to define and implement a target business and technology architecture to support the strategic direction of the bank to grow its commercial business line earnings.

Tony Rivera has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Boston University.
