Joyce Wambugu is a seasoned professional currently serving as PA to the Co-Founder & Director at Techno Brain Group since February 2021, where responsibilities include managing communications, travel arrangements, and documentation for the executive team. Previously, Joyce held the role of Travel Desk Coordinator, managing travel plans for staff, and served as a Presales Executive, providing support for sales and documentation management. Prior experience includes working as an Outbound Collections Agent at Nimble Group (Pty) Ltd, where Joyce focused on achieving collection targets and maintaining accurate debtor information, and as a Radiation Monitoring Services Manager at Quality Inspectors Limited, overseeing service delivery and quality assurance. Joyce holds a Diploma in Holistic Nurturing of Children from The Presbyterian University of East Africa and a Bachelor of Science in Astronomy and Astrophysics from the University of Nairobi.
