Sarang Shabbir

Sarang Shabbir is an experienced QA/QC Engineer with a solid background in overseeing quality assurance and control processes across multiple construction and contracting companies. Currently employed at Saudi Pan Kingdom Company - SAPAC since August 2024, Sarang is responsible for implementing QA/QC procedures and supervising inspectors and technicians. Previously, Sarang held similar QA/QC roles at Shibh Al Jazira Contracting Company from January 2023 to July 2024, and at Averda Saudi International Red Sea Umluj KSA from October 2019 to December 2022. Earlier experience includes conducting inspections at Sachal Engineering Works Pvt Ltd and serving as a QA/QC Inspector at Frontier Works Organization in Pakistan. Sarang holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from Quaid-e-Awam University of Engineering, Sciences and Technology Nawabshah, obtained in December 2014.
