Previously, at Gannett Fleming from February 2019 to June 2023, held the title of Senior Project Manager. Holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from New York University, earned between 1984 and 1988, and a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Economics from NYU Stern School of Business, obtained between 1988 and 1991.

Techno Consult, Inc. (Techno), a certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) founded in 2001, provides engineering, construction management (CM) and resident engineering inspection (REI) services for clients that include the New York City Department of Environmental Protection (NYCDEP), the New York City Department of Design and Construction (NYCDDC), the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (PANYNJ), and the City of Newark, NJ, among numerous others. Recently, Techno has been selected a part of URS’s Team for DC Water’s CM Services for Various Projects Outside of the Plant, Blue Plains, Washington, DC, which will be commencing in January 2015.
