Sankalp Ram

Sankalp Ram has a diverse work experience, starting with their most recent role as the Head of Human Resources Operations at Technocraft Solutions since April 2019. Prior to this, they worked as a Supply Chain Executive at Encyclopædia Britannica (India) Private Limited from December 2013 to August 2014. In this role, they managed supply chain analytics and handled projects related to inventory management, network optimization, and distribution planning. Additionally, they were responsible for quality checks on sales returns and preparing QC reports. Before joining Encyclopædia Britannica, Sankalp worked at Oracle as an Education Sales representative from August 2009 to May 2013.

Sankalp Ram completed their education in a chronological manner. From 2005 to 2007, they attended NIIT, where they pursued a degree in GNIIT with a focus on Software Engineering. Following that, from 2008 to 2010, they enrolled at Kuvempu University to earn a B.Sc degree in Information Technology.
