Zinzi Bianca Sullivan

Zinzi Bianca Sullivan is a career coach and user experience (UX) specialist with a diverse background in design and education. Currently serving as a Career Coach at Zinzi Bianca Coach since September 2021, Zinzi focuses on empowering women to pursue fulfilling careers with enhanced self-awareness and confidence. As Head of User Experience at Technocrat since February 2017, Zinzi oversees business strategy and UX direction for various organizations, collaborating with designers to meet business and user needs. Zinzi has also held roles such as Client Insights Specialist at WorkSafe Victoria and UX Design Lead at Pearson, where major projects involved large-scale website redesigns. An educator, Zinzi co-taught a unit on Design Thinking at Monash University and has contributed to various design projects with organizations like Code for Australia and anda project.
