Srini Chakravarthy

From leading IT staff sales to successfully mentoring, coaching and grooming teams and individuals, developing future leaders within the company – Srini has had a dream run in his career in Talent Management.

Since joining Technogen more than a dozen years ago, he leads Service Delivery, Business Unit Engagement and Talent Management functions. Regularly called upon to strategize hiring and resource allocation whilst also building innovation and continuous improvement into the company’s operations – this is clearly the kind of work environment he enjoys to the fullest.

He has a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from AMA College of Engineering in Tamil Nadu, India.
