Sebastien Assohou

Sebastien Assohou is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in coaching and training. As a Freelance Life Coach and Personal Trainer since September 2016, Sebastien also serves as a Jaquet Droz Brand Ambassador and Master Trainer for Technogym, both effective from June 2019 and June 2022, respectively. Prior roles include National Spokesman and Director of Development at Just Coaching, alongside contributions as a Fitness Coach, which spanned from September 2016 to January 2023. Sebastien was also an Executive Contributor for Brainz Magazine from July 2021 to August 2022. Additionally, Sebastien has a substantial background in public service with the Ministère de l'Intérieur, where roles included protection and official travel services from September 2008 to June 2015.
