Stefano Morganti is an experienced project manager specializing in IT and customer service transformation across multiple industries. Currently serving as Customer Service Project Manager for OTC Digital Transformation at Technogym since April 2019, Morganti leads continuous improvement initiatives and training activities globally. Previously, as IT Project Manager at Kering Eyewear from June 2015 to April 2019, responsibilities included overseeing a worldwide transformation program and implementing various systems such as SAP FMS and digital asset management. Prior to that, Morganti held a similar role at Safilo from January 2014 to May 2015 and began his career as an SAP Consultant at Accenture from March 2010 to December 2013, contributing to several high-profile projects for clients like Campari and Luxottica.
