Steven Hawks

Steven Hawks has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Steven is currently working as an Account Executive at Technologent since February 2022. Prior to this, they held various roles at Smartronix, including Director from July 2020 to March 2022, and Program Manager from May 2012 to July 2020.

Steven Hawks earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus, a degree they pursued from 2010 to 2014. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Cyber Security from the same institution, completing it between 2013 and 2015.

In addition to their formal education, Steven obtained several certifications. In 2011, they obtained the CCNA certification from Cisco. The following year, in 2012, they earned the MCITP Server 2008 certification from Microsoft. In 2013, Steven obtained the Security + certification from CompTIA. In 2016, Steven obtained the CISSP certification from (ISC)², and in 2017, they obtained the Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute.

Lastly, Steven also has an ITIL Foundation Level certification, which doesn't have specific information regarding when or where it was obtained.
