Patrik Šebesta

Patrik Šebesta is an experienced legal professional with a diverse background in public administration and security consulting. Currently serving as the city lawyer for Město Úvaly since September 2015, Patrik handles a wide range of legal matters, including contract preparation and representation in court. Patrik has also been involved with the Svaz měst a obcí České republiky as a member of the Legislative and Security Commissions since April 2006, and provides grant project opposition for both the Technologická agentura České republiky and the Ministerstvo vnitra focusing on security research. With extensive experience in public safety legal consulting for municipalities across the Czech Republic, Patrik has also served as a city council member in Praha 4 and held various positions in oversight committees related to public order and security. Patrik holds multiple advanced legal and economic degrees, including a Doctor of Law, and is active in educating public officials on legal issues related to governance and security.
