Kim Sterling

Kim Sterling is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience across various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Principal Consultant at Sterling Consulting since May 2024 and as the People & Leadership Committee Co-Chair at the Technology Association of Oregon since January 2022, Kim's background includes notable positions such as Director of Human Resources at Trustwell and Director of People and Culture at AskNicely. Previous roles encompass Human Resources Director positions at Invest Develop Manage (IDM), DaBella, and TN Voices, as well as HR/Training and Development Specialist at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Kim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communication, Photography, and Psychology from Middle Tennessee State University.
