Louise S. Hutchinson

Louise Hutchinson is a board member at the Technology Council of Central Pennsylvania. Louise has also worked as a member at McNees Wallace & Nurick, Bybel Rutledge LLP, and InterCon Systems, Inc. As well as being the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at FDIC/RTC. Hutchinson began their career as an associate at Pepper Hamilton LLP in 1988 before moving on to work as a Senior Attorney at FDIC/RTC in 1991. In 1995, they joined InterCon Systems, Inc. as their General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, a position they held until 2002 when they became a member at McNees Wallace & Nurick. Hutchinson left McNees Wallace & Nurick in 2005 to join Bybel Rutledge LLP.

Louise S. Hutchinson has a Doctor of Law from Case Western Reserve Law and a Bachelor of Arts from Bucknell University. Louise is certified by the IAPP - International Association of Privacy Professionals in CIPP/US (Certified Information Privacy Professional/United States). Louise is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, U.S. Bankruptcy Court Eastern District Pennsylvania, U.S. Bankruptcy Court Middle District Pennsylvania, and U.S. District Court Eastern District Pennsylvania.
