Allen de la Cruz

Allen De la Cruz has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. Allen began their career as a Radio Frequency Engineer at Globe Telecom in 2015. Allen then worked as a Global IT Service Desk Analyst at DXC Technology from 2018 to 2020, where they focused on solving various business systems and applications problems. From 2020 to 2021, Allen worked as a Network Operation Center Analyst at Finastra, where they were involved in incident response and monitoring SD WAN and MPLS circuits. Currently, they are employed at Technology Elite as a Senior NOC Engineer, where they provide IT support to clients and has experience in network design, firewall management, server management, and storage building.

Allen De la Cruz earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from FEU Institute of Technology in 2017. In 2022, they enrolled in the Polytechnic University of the Philippines to pursue a Master of Science degree in Computer Engineering with a specialization in Applied Cybersecurity and Digital Forensics. Additionally, they completed various certifications, including Auvik Certified Professional, Ruckus ICX Implementer, Sophos Certified Engineer, Connectwise Service Technician/Engineer, NSE 1, NSE 2, NSE 3, Juniper Networks Certified Associate, and Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching.
