Tish Dison

Tish Dison, SPHR, is an experienced Human Resources professional with a comprehensive background in managing HR functions across multiple organizations since 2001. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Technology for Energy Corp. since November 2014, Tish previously held similar managerial roles at Nashua Corporation and Service Provider Group, where responsibilities included advising on personnel policies, ensuring compliance with FMLA and unemployment regulations, and managing payroll for large employee bases. With a solid foundation in HR administration, Tish has developed training programs, created employee documentation, and facilitated effective communication between corporate and divisional HR matters. Tish is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University, Carson-Newman University, and Walters State Community College, holding an Associate of Science in General Studies.
