Alan O'Connor

Alan O'Connor is a highly experienced recruitment professional with a strong focus on technical and scientific talent acquisition. Currently serving as Lead Technical Recruiter at the Technology Innovation Institute since August 2025, Alan specializes in recruiting top-tier researchers across various cutting-edge fields, including quantum computing and artificial intelligence. Prior roles include Lead Technical Recruiter at HungerStation, Technical Recruiting Manager at Klarna, and Senior Technical Recruiter positions at both Stripe and Google, where Alan successfully built high-performing teams in competitive environments. Alan also co-founded and served as CEO of Home Care Now, gaining valuable business management experience.
