Hayk Sargsyan

Hayk Sargsyan is a Quantum Software Engineer currently employed at the Technology Innovation Institute since December 2023, focusing on software development for the orchestration of microwave/RF electronics to operate superconducting quantum computers. Previously, Sargsyan worked at IQM Quantum Computers from May 2021 to November 2023, contributing to the software stack for superconducting quantum computers, including circuit optimization and control electronics orchestration. Sargsyan has academic experience as an Assistant Lecturer at Yerevan State University, where lectures in “Classical mechanics,” “Classical electrodynamics,” and “Quantum mechanics” were delivered while developing numerical models and simulations. Earlier roles include Professional Services Engineer and Developer Support Engineer at OneMarketData, where consulting on financial market data solutions was provided across Europe and Asia. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Theoretical Physics, a Master’s Degree in Theoretical Physics, and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics and Physics, all from Yerevan State University.
