Jeison Garcia

Jeison Garcia is a Guidance Navigation Control Engineer at the Technology Innovation Institute since December 2024, previously serving as a Robotics Software Developer at Unlimited Robotics from February 2022 to November 2024. Prior experience includes roles as a Software and Firmware Developer at SUNNY APP, where Jeison focused on developing firmware and software for embedded systems in semi-autonomous robots designed for cleaning solar panels, and as a Robotics Software Engineer at Robotics 4.0, with similar responsibilities. Jeison's technical expertise encompasses the use of real-time operating systems, microcontrollers, C, C++, and Python, coupled with ROS2 tools and libraries. Jeison holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas, obtained between 2015 and 2020, and also served as a Laboratory Assistant during an internship at the same institution in early 2019.
