Panos Papadeas

Panos Papadeas is a Senior Robotics Software Engineer at the Technology Innovation Institute, with prior experience as a Perception Engineer at MARSS Group, where involvement centered on the Interceptor project for Counter UAS systems. Previously, Panos served as an Autonomous Systems Engineer at L3Harris Technologies, leading the XLARS project for Autonomous Launch and Recovery systems for Unmanned Surface Vehicles. Panos's career began with a Master Thesis at Spirent Communications focused on clock synchronization in distributed sensor networks, followed by roles at GAK SA supervising electrical projects and at Tecmor International providing QA/QC consulting in the oil and gas sector. Panos holds a Master of Science in Autonomous Vehicle Dynamics and Control from Cranfield University and a Diploma in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Patras.
